A US whiskey made in Tennessee from a mash of at least 51% corn, distilled to no more than 80% ABV, filtered through maple charcoal prior to ageing (Lincoln County Process), matured in new charred oak barrels, and bottled at â¥40% ABV, with the youngest component aged twenty-one years or more.
