Arsid started his hospitality journey in Italy before moving to London in 2016, where he quickly found his place in the city’s vibrant bar scene. Beginning as a barback, he soon progressed to Bar Manager, developing a passion for great service and well‑crafted drinks. He spent two memorable summers in Naoussa, Paros (GR), running a bar and bringing a Mediterranean touch to his style. Arsid later joined Whyte & Mackay and now looks after Central London IFT with a focus on The Dalmore, blending his on‑trade experience with a genuine love for premium spirits in everything he does each day.
