His professional journey includes roles in 5 stars hotels, Sartoria, Sweet & Chili and Franklin & Sons. 

Since 2019, he has led sales in the On-trade channel for Everleaf Drinks. Specialising in Spirits with WSET 3, Gaetano has consistently demonstrated commitment, working for mixers, spirits, and Non-alcoholic brands, and has a proven track record in growing sales and brand development.
