Following her first sip of Hendrick’s Gin back in 2012, Kim has been a huge Spirits fan. After boring her friends by talking about gin on her personal social media profile, she started @houseofhutchginson on Instagram in 2020, reviewing global gins and other spirits. The obsession turned into a passion for the spirits world and Kim obtained her WSET Level 3 in 2023 which has led to Kim now being Master Distiller and Owner of Haven Distillery, a small Batch Artisan Spirits company producing spirits in the heart of Herefordshire, after taking over the business in 2025.
