Chrissie Walker has been working in the food, drink, travel and hospitality industries for the past 22 years. She has been in print in the UK, India and China. Chrissie has qualifications in wine, spirits in general, Japanese sake, as well as sherry, whisky and gin. She also has an Advanced Bartender certificate reflecting her interest in mixed drinks which she periodically develops for the spirits industry.
