Since completing an MSc in Brewing & Distilling from Heriot-Watt University and an honours degree in Pharmacology from the University of Edinburgh, Oliver has spent over a decade in senior production roles across breweries and distilleries in the UK and Australia. His expertise spans every stage of drinks production – from recipe development to regulatory compliance – with a particular focus on improving health and safety, quality control, and operational efficiency.
