Racheal has spent over a decade working for some of the world’s leading drinks brands, including Ballantine’s at Pernod Ricard, where she managed the Prestige portfolio.

She then moved into the world of drinks startups where she helped to build some of the most dynamic brands in the business including Lucky Saint, JUBEL, Shandy Shack and The REAL Drinks Co.

In May 2023, Racheal joined Compass Box, where she now serves as CMO. She also holds a NED position for DREAMSAKE.

In 2020, Racheal launched the drinks entrepreneurship podcast, Building Liquid, which charted in the UK Top 20 of business podcasts.
