Hannah’s flavour journey started during her time managing stores for Hotel Chocolat. With a focus on tastings, she took clients through single origin chocolates, their production and flavour. In 2022, she accepted a role at the Whisky Exchange as Assistant Manager and opened up her interest to spirits. In 2023 she was promoted to Store manager and as before her main focus is on the education of both her staff and her customers. Recently, she’s taken on the role managing the Private Client Space in the Great Portland Street store which exposes her to the more premium end of spirits.
